Important information before you start
The application forms are web-based and can be filled in over the internet. Please read the instructions for detailed information on how to fill in the forms. This information is also available in the top menu under "Help". Note that you need the Adobe PDF reader to view the instructions. If you do not have this installed, it can be downloaded free of charge from the Adobe homepage.
When all the forms have been completed, review your information, and then press the submit button to print out the application. You will receive a confirmation email to the address you have supplied. In this email you will find a link to your personal page of the GEM application form. On this page you will have to upload all the required documents. After all the documents are on your personal site you should sign the printed application form, and send it in, together with the hard copy of the required documents.
The application forms use encrypted script for privacy purposes. You will be asked to accept a certificate when you start. Do so by clicking on OK/YES on the popup that appears.
The five steps of the application process are as follows:

Cookies are used to identify your data in a session; no other information is stored in the cookie. You must therefore allow cookies from this server in order to complete the application. The session will be lost after 30 minutes of inactivity, which means you will have to start all over again. |
